«Arbitron’s Pierre Bouvard says there’s been big progress among 18-24s, and they plan to begin applying those lessons and techniques to 25-34s. Their plan will go into motion next month, when Arbitron’s internal software systems will begin working to increase sampling rates and incentives paid to panelists in the demo.
