The key to figuring out the future of technology trends, according to NBC Universal president of research and media development Alan Wurtzel, consumers want the media that they grew up with. “The consumer is behaving a little differently than they ever did before. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but things are getting a little crazy out there,” he said at the CTAM Summit here.
