A rádio através da televisão!

Por acaso cheguei à página da BBC, Radio Wales, e deparei-me com uma realidade bastante diferente daquela que temos por cá: além da emissão hertziana (FM e AM) e da transmissão pela internet, este canal da BBC tem a difusão digital, via DAB; até aí nada de novo. O que faz a diferença são as três formas alternativas de emissão, através da televisão: uma aproveitando a televisão digital terrestre , outra através do satélite digital e outra junto com o cabo (digital).

Não há aqui nada que a rádio portuguesa possa explorar?

Tune your digital satellite receiver to channel 867, and listen to Radio Wales, wherever you are in the UK.
Via digital cable
Radio Wales can be received via digital cable television on NTL channel number 870.»
